We use a smart shipping system to allocate the most suitable courier service for your location and parcel size. This includes Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Fastway, APD, TNT/FedEx, and Toll IPEC.
Please note: We’re unable to accommodate specific courier preferences at this time.
Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Address Requirements
- Signature on delivery is available for parcels over 1kg at no extra charge
- We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collects.
- Shipping rates listed exclude GST.
